The Problem
Negative behaviors often go way beyond one individual's behavior. Instead, negative behaviors are many times the result of an organization's culture. A cycle then ensues - negative behaviors are a result of culture, and a culture of negative behaviors becomes the norm within the organization.
The Solution
Training or disciplinary actions aren't always the answer. We seek to determine the root cause of problems by gaining an understanding of the dynamics between departments, interpersonal relationships among employees and managers, and communication processes. Then we can collaborate with you to develop holistic solutions and of course, measure successes.
Our Process
Assess: Conduct a needs analysis, communication audit or climate assessment using surveys, focus groups, and/or interviews.
Identify & Report: Use the information discovered to identify internal strengths and gaps between the organization's processes and goals. Report our findings and recommended action items. Recommended solutions may include training, corporate policy implementation, coaching, internal communication process improvement, leadership program development, team building, performance management... it all depends on the needs of your organization.
Collaborate: Work directly with you to develop a specific action plan, due dates, organizational champions for initiatives, and success measurements.
Implement: Work with you for as long as we need to implement solutions.
Assess: Measure progress, behavior change, and success of any solutions implemented.
