Effective Group Communication

Team work and effective communication within work groups is the essence of an effective and cohesive workplace. Many individuals indicate they despise working in groups and teams because of a bad experience in their past. These feelings can hinder group effectiveness by disrupting communication, collaboration and idea sharing. This course will provide the tools everyone needs to become a group member valued by the team, and ultimately create a positive group experience and synergy among team members.

This course is highly interactive, and includes a workbook, several personal assessments, and role plays for practice.
