Strategic Planning for Strategic Culture Change

Strategic planning is the process of methodically creating a plan for achieving organizational goals, and then devising a method to accomplish that plan. Strategic planning translates strategy into action; it offers a formalized plan to realize a desired future.

In the case of developing a positive workplace, you will most certainly need a strategy. Implementing a policy and providing some training just won’t work without a clear plan. First, it is important to ask, “What exactly do we want our culture to look like? What specific and measurable action steps should we take to be successful? How will we know we were successful?” Ultimately, pausing to do a little strategic planning before implementing positive workplace initiatives will ensure they are successful.

This course is highly interactive, and includes a workbook, activities and assessments.

This workshop is for employees and managers at all levels. Developing broad-based competencies at all levels is going to make initiatives implemented as a result of strategic planning more successful.
