Are the right people in the right positions? Are there messes that could cause a lawsuit later? Are there accusations of harassment floating around?

A toxic culture can hurt the sale of a business, and that’s why Bill Black from Exit Coach Radio invited me to his show. We discussed culture, harassment prevention training, creating a safe environment for people to speak up, and tips for building civility in virtual teams.
